Yemen: A Failed State That Never Existed

Yemen in Collapse
Truly a blow to the 21st Century

By Gary;

I remember the words as clear as a sunny crystal day.

In the early 1990s the Clinton Administration thumped their chests and declared to the world:  "We must protect the territorial integrity of Bosnia-Herzegovina."

Thus began Bill Clinton's unconstitutional war against the nation of Serbia to defend the "territorial integrity" of a nation that never existed.

Now we see history repeat itself.  Our Lords in Washington are again beating their chests and telling the American Sheeple that the "nation" of Yemen is in collapse.

Oh the horror!!!  Yemen might collapse.  We must bomb the crap out of the entire area.

The truth of the matter is the "nation" of Yemen didn't even exist until 1990.  If Yemen ceases to exist in 2015 would it really matter in the 10,000 year history of civilization?  No.  Not at all.

No Freedom Ever in Yemen

It is not like we are seeing Yemeni democracy destroyed or Christian churches being burned by "evil" rebels.

For 1,400 years the area of modern Yemen has been ruled by thug Muslim dictators.  The Constitution of Yemen even declares that Islam is the state religion, and that Shari'a (Islamic law) is the source of all legislation. The government prohibits conversion from Islam and the proselytizing of Muslims.

So our hack politicians demand that we should care which faction of dictatorial Islamic thugs are in control of a dirt poor desert nation with few toilets.

Bullshit.

Yemen has never mattered to the history of the world.  Nothing has changed.  Let the Arabs solve their own problems.

Oh the Horror - Yemen might collapse
Pardon me, maybe the liar politicians and the military-industrial complex might care.  But if Yemen fell into the sea today 99.9% of the world's population would not notice.
